Piazza Gae Aulenti
Dedicated to the fampus italian architect, Piazza Gae Aulenti represents the new face of contemporary Milan, which looks to the future with modern and futuristic architectures. The project, designed by Cesar Pelli, includes not only the square with the scenographic fountain, but also the Unicredit Tower complex, which il the tallest building in Italy with its 231 metres' height.
A few metres away you can see the famous Bosco Verticale by Stefano Boeri, with the two residential towers covered with plants.

You can visit the Villa, garden and nice bar near the swimming pool. It's one of Piero Portaluppi's best aŕchitectural examples, and it's a house-museum where you can see many different interesting furniture and paintings.
Museo della Permanente
There are more than 300 paintings and sculptures, and about 100 drawings and engavings in the Museo della Permanente, open to the public since 1886. The collection includes works by Felice Casorati, Lucio Fontana, Mimmo Paladino and Ottone Rosso to name a few. There are many interesting exhibitions, as well as talks and events throughout the year.
MUDEC
The Museo delle Culture la located in a old ex-industrial area on Via Tortona. The project by David Chipperfield gave the neighbourhood a new architectural style. Alongside the permanent exhibition, there are always new exhibitions, events and workshops for children during the year. Do not miss 2-Michelin-star chef Enrico Bartolini's restaurant.
Navigli
